香港公司名称 Hong Kong Company Name
股份有限公司或保证有限公司应以Limited作为其名称的最后用语。 Co., Ltd., or companies limited by guarantee should be the name of Limited as part of its final term.
香港公司不得以下列名称登记 ： Hong Kong companies may not be registered with the following names:
