香港公司名称 Hong Kong Company Name
股份有限公司或保证有限公司应以Limited作为其名称的最后用语。 Co., Ltd., or companies limited by guarantee should be the name of Limited as part of its final term.

香港公司不得以下列名称登记： Hong Kong companies may not be registered with the following names:
(1) 与香港公司注册署公司名册已有名称相同的名称； (1) and the Hong Kong Companies Registry, the list has the name of the Department of the same name;
(2) 与根据香港条例组成或设立的法人实体名称相同的名称； (2) and in accordance with the composition of Hong Kong Ordinance, or the name of legal entities established by the same name;
